শেষ স্তরে একজন রোভারকে বাস্তব সেবায় প্রমাণ দিতে হয়। International scouting/countries, peace initiatives, government and UN, advanced pioneering/first aid, Earning by Learning, Instructor Badge completion, group visits, social service, health and SDG final part complete করতে হয়।
Completion Rule
Service stage শেষে logbook-এ Wood Badge holder RSL অথবা district nominated Wood Badge reviewer approval পেলেই service stage complete হবে।

World Scout member যেকোনো দুই দেশের history, culture, language, communication and food।
Dialogue for Peace, Patrimonito Scout Badge, HeForShe Action Kit।
Government departments under constitution and their functions।
Ministry of Youth & Sports এবং Fire Service & Civil Defence functions।
Bangladesh-এ কাজ করা অন্তত ১টি international non-political youth organisation।
UN-এর অন্তত ২টি branch-এর function।
SAARC বা অন্য একটি regional alliance-এর structure and functions।
ব্যক্তিগত দক্ষতা
Back Splice, Short Splice, Eye Splice বাঁধা।
Pulley ব্যবহার, Mousing, Seizing এবং আরও ২টি pioneering project।
Fire/earthquake/accident rescue, patient carry and first aid skill।
Pressure points location and bleeding control technique।
International friendship activity চালু রাখা।
PowerPoint, computer troubleshooting and three popular apps ব্যবহার।
One skill subject: seaman/railway pilot; Air Rover-এর জন্য pilot, Sea Rover-এর জন্য seaman, Railway Rover-এর জন্য railway pilot।
Earning by Learning badge: selected subject, crew council/RSL permission, ৬ মাস work, progress update, expert/training help if needed, final approval।
Earning by Learning badge subjects
Computer, freelancer, poultry/fish/dairy farm, beautician, sewing/printing, journalism, nursery, entrepreneurship, land survey, refrigeration & air conditioning, electrical & electronics house wiring, mobile servicing ইত্যাদি।
অন্য বিষয় যুক্ত করতে জেলা/অঞ্চল/জাতীয় সদর দফতরের অনুমতি লাগবে।

ধর্মীয় কার্যাবলি ও মূল্যবোধ
Scout Law ও Promise-এর আলোকে ধর্মীয় অনুশাসন মেনে চলা এবং অন্যকে উদ্বুদ্ধ করা।
ইসলাম: major/minor sins, repentance, parents/neighbour rights, grave/jannah/jahannam, riba, zakat collection and distribution, Quran/Hadith।
হিন্দু: দেবদেবী ও পূজা, আচার, ধর্মগ্রন্থ, যোগসাধনা, ধর্মপথ/অধর্মপথ।
খ্রিস্ট: saints, prayer, religious festivals, peace/service perspective।
বৌদ্ধ: karma, Tripitaka teaching, prayer, Nirvana, Jataka, Sangiti and Buddhist teaching in life।
আন্দোলনে সেবা, সমাজসেবা, স্বাস্থ্য ও SDG
নিজ unit ছাড়া অন্য একটি Rover Scout group এবং একটি Cub/Scout group visit, record review, interview, report and presentation।
District/Region/Bangladesh Scouts-assigned special duty।
Cub/Scout Unit Leader Advanced Course; optional Skill Course।
Scout Instructor Badge completion: আরও ৬ মাস assistant unit leader, training plan, Chand/Progress badge level training, one Shapla Cub/President's Scout application support, logbook।
Social forestry awareness campaign।
ন্যূনতম ৪৮ ঘণ্টা service/social development।
৩টি contemporary/epidemic disease cause/symptom/prevention/remedy।
SDG final part: annual/VNR report reading, goal-4 project, another goal project, sdgs.scout.org upload, report and approval।
Logbook Evidence
শুধু কাজ করলেই হবে না; proof ছাড়া stage completion দুর্বল হবে। এই evidence গুলো logbook/My Progress-এ রাখতে হবে।
