এখানে রোভার নিজেকে leadership এবং instructor track-এ নেয়। World Scout organisation, constitution, local government, UN, socio-economic analysis, advanced knots, first aid, Traveller Badge, public speaking, skill subject, basic course, Scout Instructor Badge এবং SDG second part সম্পন্ন করতে হয়।
Completion Rule
Training stage শেষে logbook-এ Wood Badge holder RSL অথবা district nominated Wood Badge reviewer approval নিয়ে service stage-এ উত্তীর্ণ হবে।

Bangladesh Constitution-এর পরিমিত ধারণা।
Union Parishad, Municipality, City Corporation, Upazila, District Council; birth registration, NID, passport, tax registration, trade licence, driving licence।
Bank/mobile banking account opening and operation।
United Nations origin, purpose, structure and functions।
Bangladesh socio-economic problems, causes, recommendations and national budget basics।

Traveller Badge: walking 150 km/5 days, cycling 500 km/5 days, boat 250 km/5 days, trekking 100 km/5 days, beach walk 90 km/5 days or foreign travel alternatives with approval/report।
Foreign/different district scout friendship and communication evidence।
Public speaking: prepared 5 min and impromptu 3 min before ১০+ audience; meeting chair role।
MS Excel এবং selected skill: public health worker, planned family, mother-child care, nursing, ships knowledge, railway conductor etc।
ধর্মীয় কার্যাবলি ও মূল্যবোধ
পূর্বের বাইরে নিজ ধর্মের আরও ২টি আচার অনুষ্ঠান।
ইসলাম: Hajj, Ihram, Farewell Hajj speech, Zakat, additional surah and hadith।
হিন্দু: creation/service, scriptures, rituals, pilgrimage, religious programmes।
খ্রিস্ট: history, prayer event, Jesus' teaching, scripture and local church।
বৌদ্ধ: Bodhisattva, Tripitaka, Ratana Sutta, Karaniya Metta Sutta, religious event organisation।
একটি ধর্মীয় অনুষ্ঠান আয়োজন/পরিচালনায় active participation, communal harmony and inter-faith tolerance।
আন্দোলনে সেবা, সমাজসেবা, স্বাস্থ্য ও SDG
Unit/group special duty নিষ্ঠার সাথে পালন।
Messenger of Peace activity।
Course for Rover Mate না করা থাকলে complete।
Cub/Scout Unit Leader Basic Course complete।
Scout Instructor Badge কাজ শুরু: ৬ মাস assistant unit leader, ৬ মাস training plan, Tara/Standard level training support, logbook and basic course assignment।

শুধু কাজ করলেই হবে না; proof ছাড়া stage completion দুর্বল হবে। এই evidence গুলো logbook/My Progress-এ রাখতে হবে।
